What is Paella?
Paella is a traditional rice based dish that originated near Valencia on the east coast of Spain. It is made in large shallow pans called paellera. It can be made with a wide range of ingredients including different types of meat, seafood or vegetables. The most common types of paella are made using chicken or a mix of seafood and vegetables.
